Taste Test Participant Release

As part of the registration process for the KFC vs. AI Taste Test event (the “Event”), I agree that:

• I have reached the legal age of majority in my province/territory of residence or, if not, my parent or legal guardian has also read and agreed to the terms of this Participant Release on my behalf. 

• Kentucky Fried Chicken Canada Company (“KFC Canada”) may photograph and film me (collectively, the “Content Recordings”) during my participation in the Event.

• KFC Canada may administer a survey and that my name and answers to the survey may be recorded (collectively, the “Survey Recordings” and, together with the Content Recordings, the “Recordings”).

• KFC Canada may reproduce, publish, synchronize with other content and materials and otherwise use the Recordings (in whole or in part, as is or as may be edited) in any type of digital media (including websites and social media platforms) for advertising, and market research, purposes in perpetuity.

• I will review the nutritional information about the food that I will be eating (including that the food will contain milk, mustard and wheat), I will ensure that the food aligns with any dietary restrictions that I may have and I will disclose any dietary restrictions I may have to restaurant staff before receiving my food.

• The food will be provided “while supplies last” and that I am not guaranteed to be able to try the food.

• I am free to agree to the terms of this Participant Release and that no additional rights or consents are necessary to give full effect to the terms of this Participant Release.
